Terms of Service

ComplianceKit provides software that helps founder-led SaaS teams generate buyer-ready compliance artifacts and organize readiness work. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

What the service does

ComplianceKit helps generate trust pages, policies, gap assessments, evidence checklists, and questionnaire support. The service is intended to accelerate buyer-readiness and compliance preparation.

What the service does not do

ComplianceKit is not a law firm, audit firm, or certification body. Using the service does not mean your company has achieved SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR compliance, or any other certification or legal determination.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for reviewing generated materials before sharing them, and for deciding what information should be published on a trust page or sent to buyers.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate laws, misuse customer data, upload malicious content, interfere with the product, or misrepresent generated materials as an independent audit or certification when they are not.

Billing

Paid plans renew according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we explicitly agree otherwise.

Availability and changes

We may update features, pricing, and service limits over time. We aim to operate the service reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ComplianceKit is provided on an as-is basis. You remain responsible for verifying generated output before relying on it in legal, audit, or commercial settings.
